Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Loxent Pty Ltd (ABN 68 674 883 855), an Australian company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating a TimeFlo account or using the TimeFlo mobile app or website at timeflo.com.au, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TimeFlo is a time tracking application that lets you record work hours, capture GPS location at clock-in and clock-out, attach photos, organise entries by client or project, and generate reports. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TimeFlo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@timeflo.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into TimeFlo, including time entries, notes, and photos. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and payments

TimeFlo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Pricing, features, and plan limits are described within the app and may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies.

8. Team accounts

If you create or administer a team, you are responsible for the accounts you invite. Team administrators can view time entries, locations, and reports for members of their team. By joining a team, members consent to this visibility.

9. Location data

Certain features require access to your device's GPS. Location is captured only at the point of clock-in and clock-out — we do not track your location in the background. You can disable location permissions in your device settings, but this may limit functionality.

10. Intellectual property

The TimeFlo name, logo, app design, and underlying code are owned by Loxent Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
